In this 45-minute class your athlete will learn the age-appropriate basics of tumbling. They will work on increasing flexibility, balance, hand-eye coordination, and listening skills. They will also focus on increasing upper body strength and learn to bear weight in their hands. This 60-minute class is perfect for brand new athletes or those with little experience. This class focuses heavily on creating a strong foundation for tumbling by introducing basic skills such as forward rolls, bridges, cartwheels and handstands while continuing to increase general strength and flexibility.

This 60-minute class is great for newbies who have some tumbling awareness as well as general strength and flexibility. This class will work on the MASTERY of skills listed in "Intro to Basics" as well as learning to fall back into our bridges and to kick over in our bridges.

Level 2 is a 60-minute class that focuses on creating a strong foundation for back handsprings and roundoff back handsprings. This class is for those who have MASTERED all of the Level 1 skills listed.

This hour-long class is for those who have MASTERED all of the Level 2 skills listed. In this class we will work on increasing the speed and power in our round off back handsprings to assist us in our aerial skills. We will work air awareness, proper shapes for front and back tucks, and speed rotation of our tucks.

Level 4 & 5 is a 60-minute class that works towards taking our aerial skills to the next level. We will work to increase height in our aerial skills in order to change our body shape into a hollow position (layout). Once layouts are mastered, we will work to maintain that hollow position while adding additional twists. This class will focus heavily on using proper progressions and drills to achieve our goals.
